Thanks to her extensive local and international experience, she has trained lawyers, lectured, spoke in the media, published and suggested legal changes intended to ensure consistency in the legal framework put to families and in the protection of family ties.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Noting that, in our current democracies, the legislator is assisted neither by a research and development department enabling it to test the effects produced by its laws before they are enacted, nor by a center for verifying the effects produced over time by enacted laws in order to check the adequacy of these effects with the objectives pursued, in 2014, Me Anne REISER created an ephemeral conciliation center, working in a multidisciplinary way in the family field. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reiser-anne.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/2015_Florilege-de-conventions.doc\">observations made and results obtained<\/a> in this context enabled her to draw up a draft amendment to the Swiss Code of Civil Procedure, which gave rise to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reiser-anne.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/20220407_Postulat_22.3380_Tribunal-de-la-famille.pdf\">postulate<\/a> no. 22.3380 of the Legal Affairs Committee of the National Council (CAJ-N) \u201cPour un tribunal de la famille\u201d (\u201cFor a family court\u201d), supported by Christian Dandr\u00e8s, member of the National Council. This postulate was adopted by the National Council on June 8, 2022, and will be the subject of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsd.admin.ch\/newsd\/message\/attachments\/87180.pdf\">Federal Council report to be published in early 2025<\/a>. The explanatory memorandum was the subject of a multidisciplinary <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reiser-anne.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Actes_Colloque-10_mars_2023.pdf\">symposium<\/a> organized by Me Anne Reiser with the Avenir Familles association on March 10, 2023. The texts of the postulate and the bill, and the underlying legal developments, submitted to the Federal Office of Justice, are appended to these proceedings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In order to bring other projects to fruition, Me Anne REISER decided to give up her judicial practice on January 31, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This website is maintained in existence to provide access to her publications and to her interventions.
