The centre was founded in November 2014 with the collaboration of tax lawyers, notaries, mediators, legal experts, social workers, children psychologists, psychiatrists and family psychotherapists.

• 2000 – 1999 : Organiser of a six-month training course for attorneys serving as child guardians in preparation for the coming into force of the new Swiss divorce law (in collaboration with the Service for the Protection of Minors; the Medical Educational Service of the Youth Office; the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Department of the Geneva Hospitals; the General Child Guardian Service of Geneva; and the Judicial Administration of Geneva, and the Geneva Bar Association.
