Anne Reiser is regularly interviewed on Swiss national television and radio (‘RTS’) and on Geneva local radio (‘Radio Lac’) about developments in family law. 2020 – 2014: Founder of the ‘Association Ichoba’, the only multidisciplinary ADR centre for Swiss and International Matrimonial and Children disputes in Geneva. The centre was founded in November 2014 with the collaboration of tax lawyers, notaries, mediators, legal experts, social workers, children psychologists, psychiatrists and family psychotherapists.
2015 – 2013 : Speaker on the University of Fribourg’s Masters Course on International Divorce law and Children in Divorce law (Prof. Christina Fountoulakis).
2010 : Moderator, legal contributor, and speaker at the Neuchâtel Family Mediation Association’s Seminar on Family Mediation, in collaboration with the Centre for Research on Amicable and Jurisdictional Conflict Management Methods and the University of Neuchâtel;
2007 : Seminar organiser and round-table participant at the Seminar on the Consequences of Family Breakdown for Single-Parent Families in collaboration with the Haute École de Travail Social of Geneva;
2004 – 2003 : Project leader, coordinator and organiser of a mock trial at the University of Geneva to celebrate the University’s Centenary Academic Holiday (“Dies Academicus”), in cooperation with the Unité Passerelle Science Cité, the Education Office and Deans of the Faculties of Law and Medicine of the University of Geneva; the Administration of Justice; the Geneva Bar Association ; the School and Media Office of the Geneva Department of Public Education; and Léman Bleu Television.
2002 – 2000: Organiser of open days in Geneva courts, during which judges and attorneys answered questions from the public.
Since 2000 : Organisation of the event ‘Journées de la Permanence de l’Ordre des Avocats’, in which judges, attorneys-at-law, public officials, court officials and other participants were invited to gather in a public forum and engage in debates concerning the social and judicial treatment of specific subject areas (such as employment, accidents or family matters), in collaboration with the Geneva Bar Association, the Administration of Justice and the Geneva Canton Administration.
2000 – 1999 : Organiser of a six-month training course for attorneys serving as child guardians in preparation for the coming into force of the new Swiss divorce law (in collaboration with the Service for the Protection of Minors; the Medical Educational Service of the Youth Office; the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Department of the Geneva Hospitals; the General Child Guardian Service of Geneva; and the Judicial Administration of Geneva, and the Geneva Bar Association.
2000 – 1985 : Lecturer in Commercial Law at the Geneva School of Management and Communications, and at the IFAGE School.
1990 – 1985 : Organiser of conferences on business law issues at the Geneva Centre for Economic and Management Studies.
